Like the above poster I'm from Melbourne and am used to having banh mi as a staple. I'll be making the trip from North to East this weekend to sample. To have a reliable banh mi cafe even once a week would sure be a treat.

Just came across this website.... I have spent years in London looking for Banh Mi - a food staple for family and friends in Melbourne, Australia who've become 'dependant and addicted' to this fresh treat, thanks to the brilliant Vietnamese bakeries all over the city.
I'm trekking across London this weekend - from West and East - to get a hold of one (or two) of these. I'm excited.

Cool site! And the stories are GREAT! It is good to know that you guys are getting Ba Trinh's recipes to make Banh Mi and bringing a bit of Hanoi to London. We just can't wait to go taste some!
